Registration Types:
• Full Convention Registration. The registration fee includes attendance at all of the business sessions and admission to the trade show. The “Early Bird” registration fee is $295 for the first company representative, $25 for each additional company representative from the same location. If more than nine company representatives register, the fee is capped at $495 if received before April 13. After April 13, the registration fee is $345 with a cap of $545 for nine or more company representatives.

• Bioheat® Track Only Convention Registration. This registration includes attendance at Bioheat® Track programs only and admission to the trade show for petroleum marketers, propane retailers, HVAC contractors, HVAC supply houses and petroleum equipment contractors. Registration is free compliments of the South Dakota Soybean Research and Promotion Council.

• Thursday Single Day Registration
This registration option includes attendance at Thursday morning business programs and admission to the trade show. The registration fee is $69 for the first company representative, $10 for each additional company representative from the same location.

• Trade Show Only. Free admission for petroleum marketers, propane retailers, HVAC contractors, HVAC supply houses and petroleum equipment contractors.

• Vendor Registration. Individual registration fee of $125/person covers admittance to the trade show for anyone not listed above. This fee will be credited back to the company with a commitment to exhibit or sponsor at AREE 2013.

Ticketed Events:
Are you a golfer? On Monday, April 30, play at the historic Atlantic City Country Club at a Golf Outing sponsored by the Fuel Merchants Association of New Jersey. Shotgun “shamble” tee off at 1:00pm. Cost is $225/person.

Convention Networking Reception- After the trade show closes on Wednesday, May 2, join attendees, exhibitors and sponsors at the Tun Tavern, Atlantic City’s microbrewery located across from the Convention Center from 5:00-6:30pm. Tickets are $65/person.

AREE Tips:
Don’t come alone! AREE has programming for everyone! 
There are three days of programs for management, sales personnel, office staff and technicians. If they can’t come for the entire convention, make sure they spend a full day on Thursday to see the trade show and attend business programs held on the trade show floor. Take the shuttle! 
Parking at the Convention Center is limited. Leave your car at the hotel, save parking fees and take the free AREE shuttle. On Thursday, you may want to check out of the hotel, but leave your car there. Shuttle buses depart every twenty minutes from Tuesday morning until Thursday evening.

Complimentary Bioheat® Track programs!
All programs in the Bioheat® Track are provided compliments of the South Dakota Soybean Research and Promotion Council. While registration is “open” for these programs, we ask you to pre-register online so appropriate arrangements can be made.

Programs on the Trade Show Floor
Be sure to visit the “Sales Pit”  and attend presentations on the trade show floor throughout the day on Wednesday from some of our exhibitors. Click here for schedule.

On Thursday, two special business programs will be held on the Trade Show Floor.  Participation is open to all convention attendees.

Check emails and use the complimentary computers in the Cyber Café sponsored by NJ SHARES/Verizon located at the center of the Trade Show Floor.
