Don’t come alone!
Your company registration fee of just $350 allows you to send an unlimited number of company representatives (from a single operating location) to attend all the business sessions as well as the trade show. Register before April 4 to take advantage of the “early bird” registration fee and save $50. Register online at www.areetradeshow.com or use the attached registration form.
Take the shuttle!
Parking at the Convention Center is limited. Leave your car at the hotel, save parking fees and take the free AREE shuttle. On Thursday, you may want to check out of the hotel, but leave your car there. Shuttle buses depart every twenty minutes from Tuesday morning until Thursday evening.
AREE has programming for everyone!
There are three days of programs for management, sales personnel, office staff and technicians. If they can’t come for the entire convention, make sure they spend a full day on Thursday to see the trade show and attend the afternoon workshops.
Free lunch on Thursday!
Convention attendees are invited for “Lunch on the Run” on Thursday afternoon. At the close of the trade show, before you attend one of the final afternoon business sessions, join AREE for lunch at the Convention Center.
