As petroleum marketers we are all too aware card fees are an ever escalating cost of doing business. What are these fees and what can be done to address them? Doug Kantor , counsel to The National Association of Convenience Stores will provide an overview of what is being done on Capitol Hill, State Houses, and court rooms around the country on behalf of merchants who are battling these fees.
