Management: NORA Update
NORA will describe the activities that have occurred over the last year and the planning for 2008. In the consumer education arena, Sean Black of JL360 and NORA's internet communications contractor, will describe the variety of approaches being used in the cyber world to connect to our customers and let them know of the advantages of oilheat.
In addition, some of the important activities being taken in the education arena will be discussed as NORA continues to develop new material to communicate the value of oilheat.
