Located at the center of the Trade Show floor, AREE exhibitors have the
opportunity to make a 20 minutes sales presentation to convention attendees
during trade show hours in our new “Sales Pit.” Space is limited – there are just
22 spots available.
Presentations will begin on the hour and half hour on Wednesday from 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm and on Thursday from 10:00 am – 11:00 am. The cost is $125.
AREE will provide a screen, LCD projector and seating for 25.

We’ve moved the location of AREE’s Marketplace Gallery and these exclusive exhibits will now be featured at the center of the business session meeting area.
Why? Because AREE’s business sessions have proven to be a forum for new business ideas, direction and planning. Add your product to the mix by being part of the 2010 Marketplace of New Products Gallery.
Get an extra day of exposure! The Gallery will be open to attendees beginning on Tuesday, April 27 so you get visibility prior to the opening of the full trade show. You will be among the first to offer products to inquiring attendees as they look for ways to make their business stronger and more profitable. Gallery hours are: Tuesday, April 27, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Wednesday, April 28 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Thursday, April 29 from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm.
Each gallery item will be spotlighted to maximum viewing! There is no need for additional staffing. An information card will be placed with each display highlighting the product and your booth location on the show floor. In addition, your booth on the main floor will stand out with contrasting drape color to easily identify your company as a Marketplace of New Products Gallery exhibitor.
Amenities to Marketplace Gallery exhibitors include: Feature mention in the AREE Convention and Show Guide; Feature display on the AREE website; Feature mention in the April issue of Oilheating Journal; Free hotlink from the AREE website to your company’s website.
To be eligible for inclusion in the Marketplace, the product must be new to your company, be making its debut in the Mid-Atlantic region and be commercially available for purchase at show time. The cost for a place in the Gallery is just $595.
