EXHIBIT DATES & SHOW HOURS
The trade show is being held in Halls B and C at the Atlantic City Convention Center. Trade show hours are:
       Wednesday, May 2, 2012                10:00am - 5:00pm
       Thursday, May 3, 2012                      9:30am - 12:30pm

EXHIBITOR KIT
Exhibitor Kits containing order forms for various items you may require for your booth as well as convention registration materials are available online in the Exhibitor Info section. You can also download the Exhibitor Kit from the AEX Convention Services website at www.aexservices.com  For online ordering you will need the following information to log in: USERNAME: 12-507,  PASSWORD 12-507. BOOTH PERSONNEL/EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM
You may register your booth personnel as well as register for the convention’s ticketed functions  online at www.areetradeshow.com – Exhibitor Registration. If you prefer, you can download the Exhibitor Registration Form and mail to: ExpoTrac, PO Box 1280, Woonsocket, RI 02895.

Your exhibitor registration includes admission to all the business sessions.

In addition, there are two ticketed events that will be held:
 -  Monday, April 30  Golf Outing at the historic Atlantic City Country Club. Shotgun start with Shamble Format starts at 1:00pm.
 -  Wednesday, May 2, Convention Networking Reception at Tun Tavern. Join the fun at Atlantic City’s only microbrewery located adjacent to the Convention Center. 5:00 – 6:30pm. Tickets are $65 per person.    

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The headquarters hotels for AREE 2012 will be Bally’s and Caesar’s Atlantic City located on the Boardwalk. Hotel rooms are also available at the Sheraton Atlantic City located adjacent to the Convention Center. You may call the hotels directly or make your reservation online. Click here for more.

FREE ONLINE BANNER AD
AREE can provide you a free online ad that you can post on your company’s website to promote your participation at AREE. If you desire, AREE will provide a link to your company listing on the AREE website.

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

SECURITY
Security will be provided in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. It is important to remove any small items of exceptional value from the trade show floor.

BOOTH EQUIPMENT
Each booth is provided with back and side drapes in show colors. A booth sign is also included with exhibitor's company name, city and state.

EXHIBIT INSTALLATION & DISMANTLING
Exhibits will be set up during the following hours:
Tuesday, May 1, 2012 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday, May 2, 2012 7:00am – 9:00am

Exhibits will be dismantled during the following hours:
Thursday, May 3, 2012 12:30pm – 6:00pm

Exhibitors can unload and reload their own vehicle at the loading dock in a specified area provided:
They provide their own hand trucks; they utilize no motorized lift equipment; and their vehicle is no larger than a panel van. Exhibitors can hand carry exhibit material through the garage entrance provided they do not utilize material handling equipment other than personal baggage luggage carriers.

No erection of exhibits will be permitted during trade show hours.

Any display not removed by 6:00pm on Thursday, May 3 will be moved to the drayage company warehouse at the exhibitor's expense.

TRUCK EXHIBITS
All truck exhibitors will receive additional materials via certified mail detailing arrival time as well as other requirements. If a vehicle does not meet the standards of the vapor sniffer test, it will forfeit its opportunity to exhibit in the show. A fee of $75 will be imposed if any truck exhibitor has failed to disconnect both connections on their vehicle’s battery. In addition, AREE will provide a drip pan for each vehicle to be used in accordance with regulations of the Atlantic City Convention Center.

All drivers of truck vehicles must be at the show site by 11:30am on Thursday, May 3. All trucks must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by 4:00pm on Thursday. If not removed, vehicle will be moved to an outside parking area at the exhibitor’s expense.

COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE
AREE provides complimentary shuttle service between the Atlantic City Convention Center and Bally’s and Caesar’s hotels. Shuttle buses depart every twenty minutes from Tuesday morning until Thursday evening.

SPECIAL EXHIBITOR PARKING
AREE exhibitors are eligible to purchase parking passes at the Atlantic City Convention Center that will afford them “in and out” access during the day. Parking passes will be sold at the freight gate and cost $15 per day.
